1. Excellent service: The lady I spoke to on phone was very pleasant most important she was very helpful in sharing options promptly to suit my requirements and needs. And on delivery they actually did exceed expectations! 2. Delivery: I had a super tight deadline, the staff who delivered my package was on time, was neat, pleasant, didn’t get lost and was presentable. Pros: I like the book sets you have. Responsive on chat. I like that you post inside pages of the books even on social media. Cons: My experience at your store on a day indicated for discounts didn't end up well. I bought a bunch of books - but was not given the right info that some would not be discounted.

The best Kids Library in town. My brother is enjoying his new books and I'm definitely gonna buy him more books from this place. The service was amazing, the delivery was fast and they have the best prices in town. I highly recommend The Kids Library Kenya. Good job guys! I'll definitely be coming back.
